Huawei launches P20 Pro and P20 Lite in India -II

After a month (roughly) of unveiling its P20 mobiles, Huawei launched P20 Pro and P20 Lite in India. Huawei has launched P20 lite along with its flagship mobile P20 Pro. Huawei has launched this mid-range smartphone as a competitor to Oppo F5 and Vivo V9. The company expects this P20 Lite would be a hit like Honor 9Lite and Honor 7X have been.

SPecifications :

Talking about the processor the company has chosen its own Kirin 659 which is the same processor that has been given in Honor 7X, Honor 9Lite and Honor 9i. This phone has 6GB RAM and 64GB ROM which can be extended up to 256GB by an external SD card, unlike its cousin.

This phone’s screen has an aspect ratio of 19:9 and bears a pixel density of 432ppi and a screen of 5.84-inch HD+ display.

The design of this phone seems impressive. It comes with 2.5D curved inches. The dual camera setup is placed vertically at the top right corner of the rear part of the mobile. A centrally located fingerprint sensor and the logo at the bottom can also be seen.

This phone comes with a moderate battery size of 3000mAh. This phone also provides 3D face unlocking feature with 96 key points setup.  The company promises the good working of the face unlocking feature provided in P20 Lite. The company says it takes less than a second to unlock the phone by looking on to the screen and unlocking can’t be done while sleeping or by an image of the user. This is another key point of this mobile which is equally important like its camera.

Coming to the camera of P20 Lite a dual camera setup is provided in the rear area. The dual camera (16MP primary sensor + 2 MP secondary sensor) seems to be good. The front camera (24 MP with an aperture rate of f/2.0) allows the users to click selfies in bokeh mode.

This phone runs on EMUI 8.0 based on Android 8.0 Oreo. The dimensions of this mobile are 148.6 x 71.2 x 7.4 mm. Looks like this mobile is a little bit slimmer than its high-range cousin P20 Pro.

Conclusion :

Hence, it is evident that this phone is going to be a star in the category of midrange smartphones and compete tough with the phones Oppo F5 and Vivo V9 by all means. No exaggeration in saying that this time Huawei has come up with two exciting phones. This phone will be available along with its cousin P20 Pro on from May 3.

So, this is all for this post. You’ll be updated with the latest news soon…
